Colter has gained countless hours experience building systems around kitchen, inventory, food waste, and staff training via his vast experience working in renown kitchens (Le Pigeon, Canard, Proud Mary, Two hands, etc.).

From culinary innovation at The Perfect Bite Co. to entertainment at Warner Bros. TV and fostering new ventures at accelerators like Catapult and 2112, Chris’ experience spans the spectrum of the hospitality industry and beyond. Since 2020, Chris has narrowed his focus and expertise to food and beverage programs, opening and creating systems for restaurants like Two Hands and Golden Hour, as well as founding, owning, and running operations for Elementary and Hopscotch.
